Who We Are
Founded in 2019, in 2022 Set Sustentável became an independent company dedicated to helping production teams run less-polluting sets.
Our goal is to simplify the process and allow professionals to focus on what they do best: create.
At Set Sustentável, we believe in managing waste before, during, and after a major shoot. We are agents of change, guided by circular economy principles, a zero-waste goal, and the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
We also aim to include informal waste pickers in our operation—generating income, selling materials, and providing professional recognition.

Educate & Practice
We operate on a consultancy model, based on the management of the Zero Waste movement, where organic materials become fertilizer and recyclable materials are reinserted into the production chain, maximizing the reuse of waste and reducing or eliminating the sending of waste to landfills and dumps.
We are responsible for the equipment and specialized team responsible for managing the waste generated and providing environmental education for the team, collection and impact reporting.
Our operation focuses on working with a network of independent collectors, cooperatives and companies specialized in waste management and CO2 offsetting.
